Great bank and exceptional customer service!! They've been more than happy to assist with any problems, and Joan is very informative and helpful. She saw I was struggling one month and offered checks to me for no charge. She and all of the employees there are really looking out for their customers. Love this bank.
Why does this bank always have trouble with their on line banking site. At least once a month it is down. Now today being the 3rd of the month, I need to pay my bills, I google the site and it opens up to First Union Bank page. I tried 5 times and every single time it opens up with another back page...???? TD Bank is looking better and better to me.
